How would I best include my Christian life in the life I am living now?



Question by naturesong_3: How would I best include my Christian life in the life I am living now?
I want to be more comfortable in just taking out my Bible and reading it in front of others… Should I change to a Christian school? Would that help? I’m currently at a scungy public school surrounded by non-believers and don’t want to lose sight of Christ again. Help?? x

What does it matter if your school has non-believers? Join a bible study group and stop being so self-righteous and arrogant.

    It would be a positive decision to go to a Christian school. Bible study with like minded students would help. You may also find other students in the public school system who would like to form a Bible study group with you. Good luck in the decision you choose.

    Don’t parade your Bible, but don’t be shy about it, do it on your terms, who cares what others might think, they will respect you for your conviction, maybe this school needs a few individuals that don’t hide their faith, and it will catch on, it might surprise you how many are looking for guidance in spiritual matters, and you may be able to guide them to the right place.

    just read your bible and pray for all the lost people around you. as christians we are suppose to tell others about the LORD. you being in this situation maybe your calling from God. And the BIble clearly states that we will encounter ugliness because of our faith. But if we truly are of God we will stand by him and not let anyone else or thing get in the way. Read the book of Matthew. There is a lot to learn there and the person telling you is Jesus himself.

    You shouldn’t care what other people think, though I know that it may be tough, especially in school. If someone doesn’t respect your beliefs, you don’t have to respond to them. Just ignore them.
