Question by thisISwhyIMhot: Church or Small Group?
I know the Bible says going to Church every week is important because surrounding yourself with the Body of Christ is a great way to deepen your relationship with God. I have been going to Church since I was 5 and am currently 25, I find it very redundant with the same lessons and similar to CLIFF NOTES or the Dummies books. I do not learn anything new. I learn much more when I go to my small group. I think the Bible should be rewritten and say that people who attend small group every week compared to people who only go to Church and not small group or way smarter and superior…………………What are your thoughts; people of Christ? (And no I don’t believe the Bible should be rewritten) I am simply asking the argument one would give for saying that in Church you learn more than a small group? That is if you lead a busy schedule and only had time for one why would someone think going to Church would be the superior choice over small group and I don’t want to hear because the Bible says so.

Who is to say that small group knows what is RIGHT?
I have taught since I was 8 years old. Am 64 now. Been a Pastor for a long time. I have seen and heard many “SO CALLED Bible scholars” teach and preach and I am still amazed at their lack.
Listen to those tv and radio preachers. 90% of what they say “distorted for ear wash”.
Most flat out lie.

Question by Jackie S: How can our small church set up a radio broadcast in local area?
How can our small church set up a radio broadcast in local area?
We would like to somehow set up a localized radio broadcast live of the sermon each Sunday. This way, Nursery workers and children’s workers on the other side of the building (and even neighbors to the church) can tune to a certain station to check in on the sermon. This seems possible, and hopefully easier than trying to hard wire something throughout our cement block building.
Thanks!

The FCC only allows radio broadcast through a license agency (Stations) any thing else is illegal. You may need to set up a system that runs through your PA into a speaker that is in each room.
