it depends on the style, but i have these dior flats that ended up being a little small. im usually a 36 (6) but had to go up to a 36.5 (6.5). so maybe thats the same with the flipflops? u should always size up when it comes to flip flops because it doesnt matter if theyre a little big, its only a problem when theyre small.

How can I go about including music in online church videos?

Question by Jay: How can I go about including music in online church videos?
I’m currently doing some design work for a church that is looking into putting videos of some activities online. The videos are of church activities, but they would like to put clips of recent Christian music in as a soundtrack. I’ve been doing some research and the copyright stuff seems to get a bit fuzzy based on commercial/non-commercial stuff.

So – is this a possibility? I have found various “pod-safe” music sites online, but obviously the church would like to go with music containing Christian themes. Any suggestions?
PLEASE include citations if you offer any advice. This isn’t a question that can ride on “I THINK this is ok…” answers since it could end up leading towards serious legal situations.

New Discount Christian Bookstore — Christian Couple Opens ‘God’s Bookstore’ Online

HONOLULU, HI (PRWEB) October 25, 2005

Joe Farias was employed for several years at a big chain book retailer located near his home in Kamuela, Hawaii. “Every day I stocked books, arranged displays, checked out customers, researched book titles, trained new staff and helped with business operations,” he says.

“I would never have guessed that the knowledge and experience I was soaking up would somehow fulfill God’s plan for my life — and that I would one day open an online Christian bookstore.”

To prepare for the new venture, Joe and Barbara conducted hands-on research. They traveled the U.S. near and far, attending conferences, meeting other bookstore owners and visiting more than 40 churches representing almost every Christian faith. “We asked people what they valued most in an online Christian bookstore – and we prayed,” says Barbara. “We wanted our online Christian bookstore to be an inspiration for others to lead more spirit-filled lives.”

The couple’s prayers were answered with , where Christians can find 80,000 books, 2,000 DVDs and videos, 30,000 CDs, 8,000 individual tracks of music, 5,000 song books, 6,000 home school products – and 8,000 Bibles of every translation and description. The easily navigable website features all the best-sellers in Christian fiction and nonfiction for children, teens and adults.

“Our books and products address the struggles we all face in life,” says Barbara, “such as distressed marriages, chronic addiction, grave illness, troubled families and the uncertainty Christians experience in the face of natural disasters.

Joe says website visitors enjoy the capability of “trying out” books and music before they buy. “We offer sample chapters and downloadable music,” says Joe. “This website is fun as well as empowering and inspirational.”

Visit and select gifts for Christmas. Colorado Theological Seminary Now Offers Clinical Pastoral Counseling Courses Online

Colorado Theological Seminary Now Offers Clinical Pastoral Counseling Courses Online

Deland, FL (PRWEB) March 31, 2011

Colorado Theological Seminary (CTS), a leader in credible, affordable and accessible Christian distance learning degree programs, is pleased to announce that its Clinical Pastoral Counseling courses are now available online. CTS is an independent, non-denominational online Christian theological seminary offering degree programs covering biblical studies, ministry, theology, church history, divinity, and Christian counseling.

Commitments to family, church and work often make it impossible for many people to attend seminary or bible college classes on a traditional campus. CTS makes it easy to earn a degree through its external degree programs, meaning no one has to let their God given dreams fall by the wayside.

The newly online Clinical Pastoral Counseling courses utilize a new back office protocol that will negate the need to have materials sent via mail, giving students full and immediate access to materials and grade results. Students living outside of the United States will have the added benefit of saving on the time and expense of shipping materials across borders and dealing with customs.

CTS is also unveiling its new Moodle Online Course Management System for its Doctor of Ministry and Doctor of Biblical Studies programs which, among other benefits, will make testing easier, with grades delivered to the student immediately.

Dr. Gary Tryzbiak, Th.D., Ph.D., Wheat Ridge, Colorado, advises prospective students seeking to serve in pastoral ministry as a minister, missionary, pastoral counselor, or as a Christian teacher not to be disheartened with the economy or abnormally high tuition costs. Even Christians who simply want to grow in grace and improve their understanding of Scripture can do so affordably and should consider Colorado Theological Seminary.

CTS utilizes tried and proven distance learning techniques, allowing anyone to complete their degree or further their theological education affordably and from the comfort of their home or office.

Colorado Theological Seminary is committed to educating and forming leaders for the church in a changing world – ordained or lay, men and women, from all Christian traditions. CTS seeks to fulfill its charge by offering 18 different distance learning degree programs. The seminary also offers six Certificate Programs that can be converted to credits toward an undergraduate degree. All ministry and biblical studies programs are also available individually as Personal Enrichment courses for individuals wanting to learn more about a particular topic.

Pastoral Degree Programs from CTS provide students with the skills necessary to engage in practical Christian ministry. The program of study will provide students with exposure to spiritual formation and the role and function of the church, present foundational practices of personal evangelism and making disciples, introduce techniques needed to study and teach the Bible, provide an awareness of and enthusiasm for the worldwide missionary enterprise of the church, and give students the opportunity to strengthen their ability to manage and communicate effectively.

Colorado Theological Seminary believes that counseling is in vain if it is not founded upon, and directed by, the Word of God. Those who are called to the Ministry of Counseling will find that CTS’s Christian Counseling Degree Programs provide a solid background in this area.

The main purpose of Colorado Theological Seminary is to provide quality training for pastors and mature Christians who feel God’s call to counsel. CTS also makes available credentials that the community (Christian and non-Christian) will recognize. The training students receive provides a deep spiritual insight into understanding human behavior and relating to others. This knowledge is valuable in every area of life, including your ability to help those of His flock, who are hurting.

Colorado Theological Seminary makes available a host of student friendly offerings, such as:

The Seminary Club

Online Bookstore

Border River Christian Book and Gift Shoppe

Organizations that would like to offer student discounts to their constituents as part of their association benefits or affinity program may associate with CTS at no cost. For more information, visit
